Our prices allow for a small amount of changes after the customer has had their first viewing and then again before final release of the product. Any deviation from the original design as agreed on the order may necessitate additional costs to the customer.

The main responsibility for the proofing of any work lies with the customer who will be required to sign off the work prior to its release. Any further changes requested by the customer once the work has been signed off may necessitate further costs to the customer.

When we are discussing your initial requirements we will include timescales. We will do our very best to ensure that work is completed and released to your timescales but this will also be dependant on our current work in progress at the time. Should any delays occur in the agreed timescales you will be informed immediately.

All personal data in relation to a customer will be held in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
